FreeState Electric Cooperative sent two students from our service territory to Washington, D.C., for the 58th Annual Electric Cooperative Youth Tour to meet up with 1,800 peers from across the nation. Youth Tour was held June 7-14. Each participant was chosen after completing an essay, interview, and application.
Thousands of FreeState Electric Cooperative members will get a nice reprieve on their July electric bill with a bill credit after the Board of Trustees approved a capital credit retirement of $750,000.
