Community Health Fair
FreeState Electric Cooperative is hosting the 10th Annual Health Fair and Member Appreciation Day on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
This event is open to the public. We are inviting area businesses and organizations to participate this year, and encourage them to distribute information to attendees regarding physical, mental, and financial health. The Health Fair is an excellent opportunity to engage with FreeState members, the McLouth community, Jefferson and Leavenworth counties, and surrounding areas.
We will also be conducting a soap drive during the event. Attendees and vendors are encouraged to bring bars of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc., to be collected, and FreeState will distribute the items to local non-profit agencies in the area.
Vendor space is FREE, and a meal is served. Vendors will set up from Noon to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2 at the FreeState East office at 507 N. Union in McLouth. The event begins at 4 p.m. and concludes at 6 p.m. Your free vendor space includes:
- One 8’ table and two chairs (additional chairs available upon request).
- Electrical service is available. Please mark your registration form appropriately.
- Opportunity to include information or promotional item in bags distributed to attendees of the Health Fair.
- Logo recognition on signage at the event (please submit your high-resolution logo via email if you did not participate in 2017 health fair, or your logo has changed).
Want to be a vendor? Register for the event! Attendees do not need to register.
You may also email the form to Sarah.Farlee@freestate.coop. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or if you require additional information.
