Community Energy Fair

FreeState Electric Cooperative is hosting the 2nd Annual Energy Fair and Member Appreciation Day on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.

This event is open to the public. We are inviting area businesses and organizations to participate this year, and encourage them to distribute information to attendees regarding energy efficiency, electrical products, energy conservation and money savings. This is a great opportunity to engage with FreeState members, the Topeka and Auburn community, Shawnee County and the surrounding areas.

We will also be conducting a soap drive during the event. Attendees and vendors are encouraged to bring bars of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc., to be collected and FreeState will distribute the items to local non-profit agencies in the area.

Vendor space is FREE, and a meal will be included for your team working the event. Vendors will set up from Noon to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24 at the FreeState office at 1100 SW Auburn Rd., Topeka (66615). The event begins at 4 p.m. and concludes at 6 p.m.  Your free vendor space includes:

  • One 8’ table and two chairs (additional chairs available upon request).
  • Electrical service is available. Please mark your registration form appropriately.
  • Opportunity to include information or promotional item in bags distributed to attendees of the Energy Fair.
  • Logo recognition on signage for the event (please submit your high-resolution logo via email).

Want to be a vendor? Register for the event! Attendees do not need to register.

You may also email the form to Sarah.Farlee@freestate.coop. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or if you require additional information.
